Revolution Fitness and subsequently Ayrshire Kettlebells were founded by Barry Ross. He has over 15 years of experience as a fitness professional and has achieved many qualifications during that time.

· Personal Training Diploma from Premier International

· Master Instructor for the Spinning Program

· Master Trainer for the Humansport Program

· Certifications in Kettlebell Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Metabolic Fitness and Advanced Cardio-Vascular Training Principles

· Member of the Register of Exercise Professionals

 

Barry is a keen runner and has completed numerous 10k, half marathon road races and recently finished amongst the top Brits in the New York City marathon. Lately he has been spending most of his time swinging kettlebells and riding his road bike.

Also to experience the freedom of performing outdoors and the camaraderie of training with like minded people.” says Barry
